Take your training to a whole new level!!
Utilizing the Keiser spin bikes, learn the latest, most effective training skills and drills to:
1, Find the safest, most effective and comfortable fit and positioning on the bike.
2. Develop a strong understanding of a proper workout on the bike.
3. Learn how the computer on the Keiser bike can assist your training and carryover your progress to optimize your rides indoors and out.
4. Create safe progressions to get you going in the Spring and into the Summer.
Take home new information that will inspire, motivate and engage you more than ever before!

Cost: $10 (minimum 8 participants).

Taught by Wendi Reuter-Lorenz, Personal Trainer, competitive cyclist and Physical Therapist Assistant. Although primarily experiential, this workshop will include a short Lecture component to review Cycling Training Foundations and Keiser bike features.
