Stretch and Roll, Roll and Stretch!

 Fun with Fascia

Fascia (or connective tissue) is the system in our bodies that connects everything to everything else. It needs regular care and maintenance, because when functioning well, it’s our fascia that allows us to move fully and freely through our multi-dimensional world.

Join us as we explore fascia basics, and then learn foam roller and stretching techniques to enhance the function of our fascial systems and to address some common mobility issues.  We’ll use both hard and soft foam rollers, and static and dynamic stretching.  You’ll leave with a better understanding of the importance of your fascia, and the “why’s and how’s” of the choices you make to care for it.
