Group Sessions  (2 person/$35.00 each)

These three one-hour sessions will introduce participants to the latest scientifically proven methods for increasing your flexibility, preventing and rehabing commoninjry patterns, increasing your strength and maximizing your endurance.

DayOne:  Getting Started - Observation and participation in a warmup routine specifically designed to maximize flexibility, address common injury prone areas like the knee, shoulder, and back, as well as preparing your body for a full exercise routine.  This is a very efficient use of your traditional warm up time.

DayThree:  Endurance/Aerobic Training - Participants will learn how and why to use short intervals, long intervals and steady state training sessions to boost their metabolism, improve body composition, and build a base of fitness that can be maintained or used to launch to still higher fitness levels.

Fee - $100.00  (Up to 3 people can participate together split the cost and save)

Jonathan Dame CSCS - After attending Plymouth State University for two years to pursue a degree in Exercise Science, Jon began training in the Upper Valley in 2001 as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  In 2003 he moved to Mooresville, NC and worked as a strength and conditioning coach and pit crew coach for athletes pursuing a career in NASCAR.  Most recently, Jon assisted the strength and conditioning departments at Dartmouth College, Lyndon State College, and Burke Mountain Academy.  He also developed and helped implement a 16-week training program for the Vermont State Police Academy.  This past spring, Jon graduated from Lyndon State College with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He has experience with a variety of clients from post physical therapy to Division I college athletes.

Training sessions with Jon include a variety of equipment to help clients reach their fitness potential with his personal favorites being battle ropes, sandbags, kettlebells, and bodyweight circuits. But don't despair; Jon is not afraid of implementing a good ol' fashioned west coast barbell circuit when necessary.  Regardless, Jon asks for only one thing of his client, to simply "work hard".
