Thank you for your interest in the Dartmouth Yacht Club for the 2013 season. I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become a member at inexpensive family-friendly rates.
The following information will give you a feel for the facility and programs.Please take a few moments to carefully read through this material with your family, including the Rules and Regulations.
Our summer sailing fleet consists of: 2 - Rhodes 19', 1-19' Lightning, 12 - Lasers, 6 FJ's, and 2 Hobie 16’. These boats are available to the members who are “Skipper Qualified” without a fee.A beautiful secluded beach, gradual drop-off swim space,BBQ grills,picnic area, instructional programs, and changing/restroom facilities round out the amenities.A friendly, casual atmosphere is enhanced by the breathtaking sunsets over the Lake.We request that you make your summer plans early and return the enclosed application as soon as possible.Once the maximum membership cap has been reached, a waiting list will be started for the 2014 season.If you think that any of your family friends might be interested in joining you for the summer, please encourage them to do so soon.Please don't delay, as all membership applications will have first-come, first-served priority.
Season
The Dartmouth Yacht club will open on a full-time basis beginning Saturday, June 8th, and will operate through Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd. The hours of operation will be from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM during June and July and from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the months of August and September. All boats (including privately owned) must be off the water one-hour prior to the posted closing time.For your protection, the facilities are to be used only during posted dates and hours of operation.In the event of inclement weather, regular hours may be modified without notice.As this can happen suddenly and is sometimes localized, it is best to phone ahead if the weather appears questionable at 603-632-9389.
Sailboat Moorings and On Site Boat Storage
Moorings and dryland storage for personally owned sail boats will again be available this year. You must provide a signed storage agreement prior to bringing any equipment to the facility. All owner supplied mooring systems accessed via the club launch must meet the specifications established by the club. Owners may lease a mooring from the club for $90 per season, with spring and fall maintenance included. Requests for lease moorings should be received no later than May 10th. All boats must display NH registration prior to launching. Personally owned boats must be removed from the facility no later than noon on September 2, 2013.
Guest Policy: Family Memberships ONLY
It is our desire for you to bring your out-of- town guests, visiting family, as well as local friends and children's play mates to enjoy the lake.It is asked that you sign in the number of members and guests in your party on the clipboard by the boathouse.There are no additional fees for your guests. It is important to maintain the value of your membership to the facility, so it is requested that local families that accompany you on a repetitive basis be encouraged to become members themselves.
GROUP PARTIES, GATHERINGS, AND FUNCTIONS MAY NOT BE HELD AT THE FACILITY WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM THE MANAGER.
Please note that single memberships are considered individual memberships and do not offer guest privileges to immediate family and household members. As always, your out-of-town guests are most welcome to join you for the day!

Directions
Take I-89 south to exit 17. Take a RIGHT and go east on Route 4 toward Enfield (about 4.3 miles, do not turn at the first blinker on RT. 4a). Take a RIGHT at the fork 1 block after "Brownies Auto Parts" ( High Street ) in Enfield and go one block to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill. Go straight through the intersection about 0.2 miles and bear LEFT at fork for another 0.8 mile. Take a hard RIGHT turn (about 120 degrees) at next right on Livingston Lodge RD. Go about 0.1 mile and turn LEFT onto Shaker Blvd. Go about 0.7 mile to Dartmouth Yacht Club sign located high on a pine tree and turn RIGHT at the big gate and drive down hill to parking lot.
