Salsa STEP is traditional STEP aerobics with a faster pace and a latin flare. A short warm-up and stretch segment is followed by at least 30 minutes of high-energy cardio with a variety of latin and dance music beats. Hand weights and floor exercises help cool things down and tone arms and abs before the final stretch segment. You will learn things STEP by STEP and the cardio segment can be tailored to your own pace and needs based on variations of arm work and footwork to increase or lower intensity. No dance experience or STEP experience is required, just a willingness to let the music move you! 8 weeks only. Ends November 8, 2012.
